I had purchased a Samsung single door refrigerator from Khosla Electronics, Barasat, on 24 April, 2021. I had been assured by Ms. Chaitali at the store that it would be delivered to my location in Barasat by the next day. However, it has been 4 days since the purchase, and yet, no trace of the refrigerator is being found. Whenever I am calling to get an update, they (Ms. Chaitali and Mr. Suraj) are singing the same song, namely, the product has left the warehouse (godown) and is en route. They are promising that it will definitely reach the next day, which is turning out to be a false promise. Moreover, they are trying to avoid my calls as much as possible. I am being forced to eat outside food amidst a pandemic because I am unable to shop for vegetables in the absence of a fridge. I did not expect such terrible service as I have received excellent service from other Kolkata branches of Khosla Electronics in the past.
I request you to kindly look into this matter or else, I shall be forced to take this issue to higher authorities, and even demand a full refund of the amount paid.
