Bought Whirlpool Refrigerator (Model Number - IF INV CNV 278 3S COOL ILLUSIA - N [protected] (WHIRLPOOL K[protected] from @Khosla Electronics Garia on 17th April 2022. Got the delivery on 18th April 2022. However, they seem to have sent a refurbished model of the refrigerator. The rubber panel on the edges of the doors are not properly fixed to the door. The rubber is loose. When i close the lower door, the upper door opens and vice versa. The insides of the fridge seems to have some dirt and also there seems to be some sort of pasting done on the freezer body, the adhesive is pilling off. We have been asked to take up the matter with Whirlpool person. Did not expect such pathetic service from Khosla. The issue is yet to be resolved. Looking for a replacement.

    Adjustment of refund

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I personally visited your Chinsurah, W.B. showroom and met with your salesman Mr. Achintya Dey for purchasing new AC. During discussion, Mr. Dey offered Rs. 34, 000/- for new AC. Additionally, Mr. Dey confirmed me that I will get Rs. 3, 500/- for returning of my old AC. Both the offers were accepted by us mutually.

    Today, I transferred the full amount of Rs.34, 000/- instead of lesser amount by oRs....

    Hello Khosla Electronics,

    Could anyone marked in the email can help me? I am almost feeling like a football between Bajaj & Khosla Electronics.
    Here I am bound to forward this plea as I am suffering for an issue for a long day. WHAT A TERRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL behaviors from KHOSLA ELECTRONICS. !!
    I purchased a Water heater (Bajaj) 10L from Khosla Electronics Chinsurah West Bengal Branch. PIN 712103. (Near Khadina More)
    ** Bill attached herewith
    After a couple of days the product got leakage and Bajaj Engineer provided Tag Paper for the replacement of the product. ** Attached Herewith
    But what happened after that – nothing happened!!
    Purchased the heater for winter purpose as my family members are prone to cold and I have one child who has allergy issue to winter.
    Now we cannot use it yet after we spent handsome money.
    NOTE : After several calls I am quite convinced (After Bajaj representative made a conference call and cleared that it’s now duty of Khosla to replace the product) that it’s an lack of support from Khosla Electronics who is not taking enough initiative towards the replacement of the product (Another note to remember here that Bajaj already issue REPLACEMENT TAG NO :[protected]
    You can find the mobile number of Sales representative of Khosla who seems to be intentionally not providing support / after sales service. CURRENLY he is not picking up the phone as well.
    Its almost 20 days we are not using the product or not getting any support/advise.
    Last thing Khosla representative said that its not possible to say when the replacement will take place.
    PS: Another issue (But not much worrying like above) After the REPLACEMENT TAG came in – found they have mis-spelt my name. I informed that as well. But no one cared to rectify it and everyone said its not an issue till mobile number is correct.

      Have bought a geyser when deleiverey the color of the geyser is misplaced.During buying the geyser cleary the color was mentioned but the at the billing type and delivery time the order haa been misplaced.the name of the agent is Raju Singha.

          Used OLED TV Sent Instead of Brand New

          I purchased a LG C1 OLED 55" from Khosla Electronics Kanchrapara branch on 17/08/21 and it was delivered on 02/09/21 and installed on 04/09/21. During the installation process I asked the service engineer to show me the power on time but he told me it was not possible to see.           Recently I bought a deep freezer of HAIER company from Khosla Electronics, Amtala Branch, South 24 Parganas, 743513, WB, India. They assured a gift with my order. But it's been more than 1 month since my purchase but I still not get my Gift. I even visited the store twice within this period but every time they said the gift isn't in stock right now but will come soon. It's a kind of harassment to the consumer.
          Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

            I purchased 1 ton Samsung Ac Khosla Electronics, Uttarpara, hooghly.after purchasing they arranged installation.installation done by SN enterprise.within 4 months of installation water leakage started.service Engg visited & found installation done by technician totally in wrong way.informed Khosla Uttarpara team member Mr Koilash.he helped me to take an appointment again for installation.but I had to pay again entire installation charge .bcaz of installation technical person fault I had to pay 2 times installation charges.its really unexpected poor experience . I don't know whether entire khosla team now so worthless & theives or only Uttarpara branch .

              I purchased a micro oven and the sales man named Dipak Ghosh in Sodepur branch is extremely witty and tries to sell products saying all goodies and then denies the services to be given saying that he has not committed such services of installation.as I have purchased many products from khosla and with that goodwill I desired to purchase few more products for my new flat but if such sales man are there then we need to think twice to go to khosla instead when there are n number of choices with huge market of durable products.Thus type of Sales man actually degrade the market.

                    I bought a HIndware Geyser (Aquato model) from the Khosla BT Road showroom on the 10th of August 2021. Within a day of delivery of the item, I noticed water leaking from the appliance. I immediately placed a complaint via Hindware customer support. They sent a technician and he suggested that I replace a stop-cock from where the water was leaking. Keep in mind this is all happening within 24 hours of purchasing the product. I immediately called the Khosla saleswoman who sold the item to me. She said that she has sent an email to the Hindware company and is awaiting their reply. Two days passed, no reply came from her. Then finally, I called her and she said that it was my bathroom's water pressure that is causing the leakage. All of a sudden her demeanor changed and she started behaving badly. When I asked her, how come my previous geyser had no issue and worked perfectly for 7 years, she rudely interrupted the call. These are my issue: First, why would you sell a defective item (packed on Sept 2020) to a long-time customer. Second, Why won't you replace the item even after it perfectly clear that it is malfunctioning. I am very disappointed with my experience. I am posting this here while giving them an opportunity to reply before I take this issue with the NCH.

                      We purchased AC at a good rate from your Kakurgachi showroom (Kolkata shop, through Mr Ali, Sales representative). We have been initially communicated that installation charges are approx rs 1500+GST and for standard installation along with all material, it would reach to rs 2500 approx. When we go for installation, we found that we may require some extra feet to install which is double of the given. During installation, we found the service provider was giving us only the rate of material but not exact estimation of total charges and we ended up paying 3 times higher than standard installation charges. Then during analysis of invoice, we found that cost of standard installation are more than rs 3500 (for 10 feet), Also after recovering all installation charges, service vendors are still charging 4 times higher rate of material used for installation. We are very much upset as installation cost us almost 25% of AC cost. Whatever we are able to save on account of the offer, we paid three times of that due to this. I would request you to communicate clearly to the customer per feet extra charge, along with rough estimation apart from minimum standard size. We found drain pipe, electrical cables are sold 4 times higher than market rate by service providers.

                          I bought my laptop on few days ago and one day after that my laptop's touchpad was not working .When I went to the shop they told me that touchpad issue cannot led to laptop replacement, I agreed to that.

                          My point is they only care when it comes to money, the day I was buying they were all there and next day I came with the issue there was noone over there, it's sad how you behave to a customer .They were busy with a customer who was buying things worth around 2.5 lakh.They werenot at all interest in my product and after that they did not even call me .

                          It simple means that Khosla only cares about money .And one guy who showed me the laptop the day I was buying, when I reached him the day with the complaint he was intereest in 2.5 Lakh and not at all in me .After that he didint even call me .

                          The day I bought the laptop he told me I will receive a gift from them as it was not in the shop they couldnt gift me .But its said they hadnt contact me after that.

                          Please do check this out.

                                I have purchased a refrigerator from Khosla online on 18th may, 2021. Order Id But 59116.0 till date it has not been delivered. The customer care executives are unprofessional and not at all helpful. They repeatedly lie everyday. They always say next two or three days you will definitely get the fridge. And now they do not want to talk to me. I have just phoned to customer care executive. They cut my phone. Please cancel my order. I won't recommend anyone to purchase anything from such a company having such unprofessional and misbehaving customer care executive.

                                    I had purchased a HP Printer on November 2019 through Khosla Electronics Goria Hat branch. At the time of purchased the store Sales person said the printer is wify enable, but at the time of installation seen this product support only USB. Very next day I visit to shop and told him "You send me the different product". The sales person clearly denied. He said " I do not have any wify support printer, but when I had check there, they have 1 HP printer which is wify computable. At the time of selling that one they showing. When I had chase him and there store manager they completely miss behalf and said me sorry after opening the seal we can not take return back.
                                    Last year May 2020 I had facing so many problem in this printer, that time all India Lock down, On July 2020 when I had register the complained at HP they clearly said this product out of warranty, need service charge and the parts cost. At that time I do not have sufficient money, so I had drop the repairing plan. On April 2021 I had repaired this product when he came he clearly said this is obsolete model please search the bill and tally the warranty through HP side. He support me and guide me "how to check the warranty". When I am check my product warranty there showing warrant laps on December 2019, where as I had purchased this product November 2019.
                                    Now I need full replacement in this product.
