Killer Jeans — default watch received

I have ordered this watch on 10th october 2017 and received on 27th of october. As soon as i opened the watch the belt was torn from all of its ends.
This was unexpected being a branded product. There were many scratches on belt as well. It seems it was a used item.
Kindly refund me the amount i paid as i am not at all satisfied with the product.
