[Resolved]  Kissht — Collection agent using abuse language and threatening

I have taken a loan from you by July 2021 and after that not able to pay due to COVID and by December we agreed to settlement which for that we have made payment of 4000 by December 29 th and rest we were arrranged by 3 rd of January 2022 and gonna pay before that your collection agent Crooked guy Harikumar from Chennai [protected] called my wife and threatened her while she is at school and used abused language for which we plan to raise complaint to TN CM Cell and raise legal complaint too, how we you took my wife number without my consent and he is using all abuse language surely this I will share all platform .and need respect .we are not to fraudulent you or cheat you we are bound to pay you with all your bounce and penalty though y should get all kind of abuse language
