Kissht — company not following rbi moratorium, unable to get hold of customer care

Respected sir,

Due to nation wide lockdown going on wherein rbi has issued moratorium to all financial bodies to defer all emi till may 31, 2020 kissht is not adhering to the monatarium. I have tried to reach customer care of kissht since 1st april, 2020 on[protected] but i am always placed in a queue and when i select the option of getting a call back someone calls back and disconnects the line. Today i have received a mail wherein they have charged ₹ 894.35 as bounce charges and their advisor called me and threatened me to pay emi. When i asked them about rbi moneterium she simply ignored and disconnected the call without letting me know. Soon after she dropped an email quoting the charges. I have also tried to file a complaint in rbi website but not able to find si creva services pvt ltd name in the nbfc list of rbi hence i doubt it to be a fraud company.

I have also raised numerous service tickets to which no one has responded. Service ticket no 1746899

Its my earnest request to waive off the late fine and bounce charges and defer my emi till may 31, 2020 as per rbi monatorium. Also i am not able to login to my portal screenshot of the error message is attached.

Your immediate action in this matter is highly appreciable. Will also be launching the same complaint with rbi.

Their advisor Ganesh called me and said that it is own company s discretion whether it will opt for moratorium or not. When asked that RBI has made it mandate for all banks/financial institutions for moratorium I am told that I have to pay Rs 399 to opt for moratorium and they will waive off the charges of Rs 894.30 levied on my account. The advisor said he will drop me a mail which I have not received so far. I received a call back after 6 days from posting the complaint. Kissht company cannot be trusted at all since they are not adhering to the instructions of RBI.

Hi,

As per conversation with Kissht advisor I have made a payment of Rs 399 to opt in moratorium but still I have been charged Rs 354 from my Account today[protected]. The payment for moratorium has been made on 25-April-2020 screenshot of which has been attached.I am really dissatisfied with the servicce. I am not getting clear communication from Kissht end. This is also to let you know that I am not making any further payments until my issue resolves as I have already paid Rs 399 for 2 months moratarium then why will I be paying bounce and late charges and why is KIssht running ECS on my account during moratarium. It is my earnest request for someone of Kissht to get back to me regarding this issue. Thank You.
