Respected sir,
Due to nation wide lockdown going on wherein rbi has issued moratorium to all financial bodies to defer all emi till may 31, 2020 kissht is not adhering to the monatarium. I have tried to reach customer care of kissht since 1st april, 2020 on[protected] but i am always placed in a queue and when i select the option of getting a call back someone calls back and disconnects the line. Today i have received a mail wherein they have charged ₹ 894.35 as bounce charges and their advisor called me and threatened me to pay emi. When i asked them about rbi moneterium she simply ignored and disconnected the call without letting me know. Soon after she dropped an email quoting the charges. I have also tried to file a complaint in rbi website but not able to find si creva services pvt ltd name in the nbfc list of rbi hence i doubt it to be a fraud company.
I have also raised numerous service tickets to which no one has responded. Service ticket no 1746899
Its my earnest request to waive off the late fine and bounce charges and defer my emi till may 31, 2020 as per rbi monatorium. Also i am not able to login to my portal screenshot of the error message is attached.
Your immediate action in this matter is highly appreciable. Will also be launching the same complaint with rbi.
