[Resolved] Kissht — fraud company

I purchased a mobile with the help of kissht app. I have completed my emi by time, even after completing my emi day by day my dues are increasing, now they are threnting to put a case on me. I have informed the offline agent but no action as been taken. They are truly fraud as they have taken a backup of my contacts from their kissht app and when ever i got late in submitting the emi they start calling female contacts in my phone contact list and talk in slang language. Right now i have suffering a lot can any one help me please

I wanted to buy an amazon voucher from kishht app. first of all it was showing eligible and after last step and after payment it showed not eligible and payment got deducted.
I want my refund and no emi should be deducted from my account
