[Resolved]  Kissht — fraudulent bounce charges and emi charges

1. I had purchased a phone on emi through kissht finance in september 2018. I have had a great emi plan until it bounced in november 2018. There was a personal representative who came home 5 days after the bounce to collect it, and the amount was paid off. I had recieved a message and an email for the confirmation of the emi payment too. I'ts april 2019 and they are still cutting my bounce charges.

2. I always get friendly reminders to pay my emi before the due date along with a note saying "you can do an advance payment", and, i did for the month of march and april 2019. I paid 1731 and the proof was sent to your representative mr. Yusuf siddiqui via whatsapp followed by a call by his companion who spoke very rudely and said that i still did not pay the november emi. I need to understand where is my money gone inspite of paying in advance and why i'm i still paying bounce charges. Also i need to know inspite of send all proof to your representatives why is my emi showing as bounced?!
