    I've made my down payment for the phone on[protected]
    I wanted to purchase from kissht but after downpayment is done they are asking for my documents where cheque is missing so i uploaded my passbook front page with all the details.
    I want response to be real quick as i don't have much time to waste on all this.

    But no response is coming from kissht.

    Need help or need my money back today.

          I had paid downpayment of rs 8118 on 4th june the loan was rejected and the money was supposed to be refunded by them.They told me to wait for 5-7 business days in order to get my refund but it has been more than 10 days the refund has not been made by them.My mobile no is [protected].           I have filed a dispute to the bank also but no response from them. I am moving legally now as I am stuck between you and the bank. Its not my fault if the money is stuck some where in payment gateway. U took money from me I need from you. I have chosen to move legally. See you soon.

              Without having any finance related document, kissht collection agency officials from mumbai (No.[protected]/921) are repeatedly calling for repayment of loan which was never taken.

              They are extorting me, using abusive language and even calling my relatives - don't how they get those numbers. This is extreme threat to one's privacy and harassment to the highest extent.

              They must be doing this with other people as well and their harassment can result in 'undesirable events'. Will they take the responsibility? This must be looked into and immediately stopped.

                Hi.. I took a loan from kissht.com on dec 2017 that was of 8 emi of inr 1742 each from jan to aug 2018. I paid all the emis however one emi of the montb of july got bounced.. I asked them to refund the bounce charge of inr 413 but they asked me to pay the rest amount of inr[protected] and i made the payment via imps which they did not update and keep calling me till date. I shared my bank statement details with 7 different people but they never turned up. Now they have deducted the inr 1742 again from my account. Please ask them to refund the extra charged emi. Please find the screenshots of my bank statement that i have made the payment of all the 8 emi.

                  I ordered a product on kissht but before it got approved i had to cancel it since i didn't have all the documents for loan approval. It's been a few days already and they have not refunded me my downpayment amount and they are also not replying to my messages. I called them multiple times but they are not even picking up the call! It's been so many days already when are you people gonna refund?!

                      This kissht website took 8787 rupees as down payment for iphone xr from me. I called them a hundred times, but no reply. They didn't even process my loan. I canceled the order, but no information about refund. I am going to file a lawsuit and take strict action on this fraud company. None of their customer support number works. They mention a 5 minute verification process which is yet another big fraud. I have tried reaching them some 100 times over their customer support systems, but nothing has been resolved and none of them are working. I want my down payment back immediately.

                            Purchasing product and taking service from kissht is such a waste, my loan account no :1015219, i purchased a mob from kissht at[protected] which emi lasted this month, when they send a mob it was having a problem like overheating so i raised the complaint so they took and gave me another one with the same problem this process took me like 20 days so i never tried to complaint one more time, however i made my mind and i am using the mob now after four months i got one bounce later on i paid but this ppl continuously bouncing the emi now when i am raising ticket on that they vl say our team is going to call but no # will call to u, they only called me after 12 months for bounce charges, when i put this all stuff in front of them the executive as speechless i told to put on ur manager she put up opera on my mob after sometime it disconnected, please do take a good action so that no customer should be effected badly in terms of cibil and banking.
                            Pfa.. They vl self declared ticket is resolved no one call u and one more thing if you want to connect it takes a half day to connect them, they are playing very smart enough. I got the bank statement as well i[censored] want i can send it to ur email. After all my emi cleared now the app is showing around 3000 rupees is balance which i have to paid.

                            We sincerely apologized for the inconvenience caused to you. As per our system record, we had not received any complaint regarding your mobile issue. If you had shared with our team we had definitely taken any action for the same.

                            For your EMI, we had received late payments in a few months which results in bounces in your account. You made the payment later on only for the EMI and haven't made your bounce charges payment. Whenever our team had called on your number for bounce charges, your number was not reachable most of the time.

                            After we received your concern, our team has called offered you some waiver of amount, but you are not agree for the same and not ready to co-operate.

                            Kindly note that we can not waive off your all bounce charges as you have made the late payment and had bounce few EMI in past months.

                            As discussed with you on the call, we suggest you to kindly make the payment of said amount so that we can waive the rest amount and will be able to close your loan.

                              The reason for you receiving a call is that a particular loan customer must have given your Father's number by mistake as reference person's contact while taking the loan.

                              As you claim to be not related to the customer we provide our sincere apologies for calling your father's number.

                              Meanwhile, it is not possible for us to trace the loan account without any details. Once we get the loan details OR registered mobile number of the customer, we will instruct our team to not call you for that respective loan. Being said that we request you to kindly take the loan details (loan id OR contact number of the customer) from the calling executive if you again receive a call from the executive and then just pass on those details immediately to us on email to [protected]@kissht.com / [protected]@kissht.com. As soon as we receive the customer's details, we will immediately stop all calls being made to your number for the said loan account.

                                I had taken loan for mobile from kissht. company had given me EMI date from 5 may 2018 to 5 jan 2019. i had paid all the EMI but still company asking for EMI. also i had submited all the necessary payment details for All EMI. to company customer care email. kissht had taken ist emi of may 2018 and after that assigned my loan to DMI Finance.

                                  I am a 58 year old widow, unemployed and residing at kandivali east. I suffer from high diabetes and several other medical problems. My younger daughter ms. Rochelle furtado took a personal loan from kissht – operated by onemi technology solutions pvt. Ltd. And taken care of by sicreva capital services pvt. Ltd and its other financing partners on 22nd june 2018, bearing loan no. 1028982. This loan was taken due to some medical liabilities and because there was no other source to rely upon. My daughter was able to pay one loan emi, thereafter due to several personal conditions she could not pay the rest. Despite asking for some time, i was harassed by the officers to pay the outstanding amount which was finally settled on the 19th of march 2019. The bank officer a mr. Mangesh kasar ([protected]) quoted the settlement for rs. 50500 and later told me that i had to pay rs. 49570 to foreclose the amount. I accepted that request. On the day of the payment of the settlement rs. 3070 was returned to me and mr. Kasar through a telephonic conversation told me that i was given a further discount. The amount was finally settled for rs. 46500 wherein transaction id: insti[protected]. I was also given an noc by the bank on the 19th of march 2019. I was happy to close the loan. On the 22nd of march 2019, a superior of mr. Mangesh kasar calls me and tells me that the discount was wrongly given and i would have to pay the entire amount of rs. 50500 despite the offer and closure given to me by the bank. I believe that this is purely an abuse of trust and a way to harass a customer on a false pretext. Here, the bank has given me a noc and stated that i have cleared my dues regardless of which i have now been harassed to pay more. This is pure harassment and undue extortion. I refuse to pay the extra amount as at no stage was i at fault. I would be grateful if the council could hold these people guilty for the harassment and undue extortion of money on a false pretext. I have thoroughly harassed and am unwell due to this harassment.

                                    I have taken loan from your finance department rs. 106175 and order id: g9o1ie9d3h2npuyr83rk, kissht transaction id: fran[protected]. But yesterdays will received two mail regarding health insurance form aditya birla capital health insurance co ltd. And there is two different policy certificate attached in this mail.

                                    Pfb policy detail.

                                    1) first policy master number :[protected]

                                    Certificate number is gfb-sicreva-p2-1321

                                    Premium is rs. 2139.34

                                    2) second policy number :[protected]

                                    Certificate number is gfb-sicreva-p2-1321

                                    Premium is rs. 4035.6

                                    Total you have unnecessary deducted my 2139+4035 = 6174 without my intimation so i requesting you cancel this policy and this and i need this money revert on my account asap. Otherwise please cancel this loan will ready to pay your all loan amount many banks are ready to give me personal loan. I have already using star health insurance so why should is porches again same health insurance policy. So please do needful and cancel this policy.

Now i was waiting for your confirmation again again recieved msgs from thank you your credit limit is activate kindly upload pending documents so many times i was uploaded documents still my application is under process.                                       Please let me know how many time will take, I already have paid processing fees and I have applied loan on 6th March 2019 but still loan is in pending process.

                                        Hi,

                                        I have taken product from kissht in last year and paying regularly. There was a delay in payment two time and i have paid with extra charges also.
                                        Again they dropped two ecs in same month for already paid payment.
                                        Due to extra ecs i got a bounce changes hugely. I aske from kossht to refund because mistake is done by kissht.
                                        I aske same the customer care no response. I ahve chain of mails which i have updating and refund not yet done.
                                        Now i am holded the last emi, every time they are only calling for payment, abd regularly droping the ecs also again it bounces created lot of issue in credit scores. I never such a useless finance. Still they are calling for payment only.
                                        I want refund for till date which bounced by kissht.
