[Resolved] Kissht — harassment

My name is d dsouza, i have beem using kissht, very recently i had take an emi, my payments were always on time, but due to the ongoing corona virus i am unable to transfer my emi, it's not that i was not paying my emi, i recieved call from kissht recovery team i told her that i am unable to deposit money in my bank, due to ongoing covid 19 i also told her that if she could send somebody to pick up the emi, she started abusing and unlawfully she hacked into my contacts and started calling my contact... I have no option but to go legal against this harrassment, i have recorded the calls she was making, and the what's app messages she sent to my family members.

As it is under rbi guidelines rbi has clearly stated to extend emis by 3 months as it is kissht is violating rbi guidelines and going against it.
I am also lodging a case in consumer court
