[Resolved] Kissht — harassment | |||
My name is d dsouza, i have beem using kissht, very recently i had take an emi, my payments were always on time, but due to the ongoing corona virus i am unable to transfer my emi, it's not that i was not paying my emi, i recieved call from kissht recovery team i told her that i am unable to deposit money in my bank, due to ongoing covid 19 i also told her that if she could send somebody to pick up the emi, she started abusing and unlawfully she hacked into my contacts and started calling my contact... I have no option but to go legal against this harrassment, i have recorded the calls she was making, and the what's app messages she sent to my family members. This is her contact number [protected] and the other no is [protected]. As it is under rbi guidelines rbi has clearly stated to extend emis by 3 months as it is kissht is violating rbi guidelines and going against it.
