[Resolved]  Kissht — Heavy penalty

I used to be a regular customer. Always made all repayments on time but the last loan I took wad just before lockdown announced and the govt declared moratorium so I didn't look back. My loan amount was of 6200 and now I want to repay it back but they charged heavy penalties since April to now. A whooping 15400 shows outstanding amount and they made my cibil down to 680. I request please waive off those extra penalties, am ready to pay upto one month late panaty but how come I suppose to pay huge 15000. Please look Into this issue n please mail me as a response.
