[Resolved]  Kissht — i have not received my refund amount back to my account but in app its showing it is refunded

Kissht Customer Care's response Dear Sir/Madam,

Your recent application which you had applied on 10/08/2019 could not be processed as your profile did not match with our eligibility criteria for loan approval.

We had given you the option to select the refund on the same day but you had not selected, so after 24 hours we have initiated your refund via the original mode of payment i.e. from which you had paid to us on 12/08/2019.

Within 5 to 7 working days, the amount will reflect in the same mode of payment from which you had paid to us.

Please note that the working days do not include Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays.
