[Resolved]  Kissht — I'm complaining about the harassment of the app

As I'm a good customer of kissht loan app, I regularly take the money from the app and always repay before the deadline. But as you know this COVID-19 pandemic has spoiled everything. In March I took a loan of 4k from the app. And I was sure to pay it on the time. But the pandemic has despoiled my job and everything and I'm broke at that time. After the deadline when I was not able to repay the amount they started harassing me in day and night even in the midnight. They started calling my family members and making me embarrassing of that. I already told them that I will repay the amount asap. But they are now making the situation even worsen. They are threatening me all the time on call and text messages. They are saying that they will send a recovery team to my house and will ask the neighbours about it and will treat my family members. What will my family members in that, they didn't take the money from that app then why they are in the middle of this. They are saying to send people at my home. They do not have money right now. Please help me in this situation or it will get worsen to me in some days. I'll share the messages that they are sending me daily. And they are not registered now as I have seen in the RBI list about this company
