We were providing the moratoirum to our customers in lockdown period. Please note that we have been running multiple campaigns in lockdown period urging our customers to send us a moratorium request if needed. We might have not received your moratorium request because of which you had faced this inconvenience.

Kindly note that snooze amount is date extension fees which we used to provide to our those customers who wants extension as well as waiver. And we do inform our customers clearly that this amount cannot be adjusted in repayment amount as we are already giving so many benefits with this offer.

As per the system record, we had already provided you the Moratoirum as per the RBI annoucement date.

We suggest you to kindky make the payment of your repayment along with dues charges to avoid any further credit issues.
