[Resolved] Kissht — mentally harassment by recovery agent

I had purchase a laptop last year and paid my emi and due to some critical circumstances as i got financial loss in my business so i can't pay my. Emi on time but paid every time with penalty charges but everytime i get threatened by recovery agent girl that she will call my relatives and colleagues and last month she did call my all relatives and torture me and every time i pay emi but right now i am again getting threatened and they continuesly calling my relatives and colleagues and abusing them badly and threatening them and getting me mentally tortured and i can't take this anymore and i also said to take their product back with no settlement which i have paid already but they never listened to me so kindly take action else i am not able to take it anymore

Updated by Mohitarora161 I haven't get any call unrecieved i have accepted all calls and paid. Last 3 months emi's and your. Department hasn't talked like u r telling and. I have all the proofs and recordings that how. They talked to me and called my relatives and also threatened them which was none of my link they never knew any kind of. Loan i am running i will clear all payment right now but i want to know that how ur agent talk. To. Me like this and even your agent called on that number and that get also abused from the agent called me and threaten me many times so. I want to. Know that is there any company policy that you can call my relatives and colleagues whom. Don't have any concerns with this

I had given money to my friend but he didn't pay on the timing, I didn't even on the job and if that friend dies in a bike accident, from where will I pay and the agent dies every day at home, give me time for 6 months.
