Kissht — paid my emi on time and it was submitted but no still i got 349rs penalty charges for bounce payment but it was successful.

I paid my emi of 3960 on 5th of november 2019 for loan id 1206875. Nd i got a message with email too for successful payment of emi. And even it was updated in kissht application but today i got a message of bounce payment with a penalty of 349rs. Kindly revert me asap as it was not the first time as there was a time when i paid my emi on 3rd instead of 5th and it was not updated and then it got updated on 7th and my cibil score went down... Just because of kissht.. Revert me asap. I have attached screenshot for your reference. I tried calling them bt each and every time they told me all our executives are busy nd after a time period of hold they disconnect it by saying please try again later.. I tried whatsapp but same.. No response... Email.. Bt no response as they told me i will get a response within 24hrs but i got nothing..

As per our system record, you have made your EMI payment on the same date of your EMI date and by that time your ECS was already got submitted to the bank for the auto-debit.

We suggest you to kindly make the payment of your bounce charges. Also, request you to kindly make your future payment before the 3rd of every month if you want to make any advance payment to avoid any late fees charges.

I paid my emi on time yet I received a bounce penalty. Your executive confirmed that I have paid my emi on time still my account shows penalty charges to be paid. I m trying your helpline no. Since 4 days but every they disconnect it after few minutes. Even one time I was told that we will contact you within four hours but they haven't. WhatsApp email I tried everything. Look I made my emi payment on time and its confirmed by msg, email and in your application so i am not gonna make that false bounce payment and if this matter will not solved I have to file a complaint. It's a fraud.. totally fraud.
