Respescted sir/ madam,
I am rajendra signoor resident at mumbai. I would like to make a complaint about Kissht regarding their reminder about loan installment of rs 6246 that i have not borrow any loan from kissht. I am getting reminder about this from 26dec2019 through sms. i cordinate with respected customer executive. So please look after it.

    I m trying to connect with custumer care since last 1 month
    not getting any reply from whtsup, or email, or online massaging sarvice
    i also trying to connect customer care daily over phone but it busy all over day and requestin call back but till now after 1 month i din`t get any call back
    what the sarvice. Custumer waiting from responce since 1 month
    kindly solve it other wise i have all call recording of your comitment.

      I want to inform you people that some other person has taken a loan from you people putting my number .Hence my credit score is getting impacted.

      The other details belong to the that person Only.
      Please take some necessary action as this is a fault of you people that you don't confirm the number with a Call..Also the Customer care number you guys have provided is not of any use as no one is available to address the call

      Please take the case on priority as if no action have been taken, will escalate it to next level.

        Dear Sir,

        I have to inform that from yesterday i have received so many arrogant calls from Kissht Finanace, Vikhroli.

        They said someone taken loan from them with my reference. without my conformation how is possible to given the loan. how can i will responsible to bear that.
        Recovery executive call me repeatedly and said we call u only because reference it you. is it valid can any buddy say. how to approve this type of Finance agency and this type of loan.
        executive said u will see you. this is small amount we will make big amount for your name then what.

        this this common sense without confirmation can not give any loan or credit. they have no document and evidence still sail we have reference of your no. we will call you only but not give any evidence or proof of reference.

        i have to inform this kind of person or finance agencies are unauthorized service given or taken this one kind of fraud work doing.

        I want to take some action by RBI, this type of agencies are making full to the peoples for his business.

        The reason for you receiving a call is that a particular loan customer must have given your number by mistake as a reference person's contact while taking the loan.

        As you claim to be not related to the customer, we provide our sincere apologies for calling your number.

        Meanwhile, it is not possible for us to trace the loan account by this details. Once we get the loan details OR registered mobile number of the customer, we will instruct our team to not call you for that respective loan. Being said that we request you to kindly take the loan details (loan id OR contact number of customer) from the calling executive if you again receive a call from the executive and then just pass on those details immediately to us on email to [protected]@kissht.com / [protected]@kissht.com. As soon as we receive the customer's details, we will immediately stop all calls being made to your number for the said loan account.

Past i have taken 2 loans & clear that loans on-time. This is my 3rd loan.           This makes it difficult for the customer to get loan approvals in the future. Therefore, it is recommended that the customers do not default on their payment and maintain a healthy credit score.

          A healthy credit score has a lot of benefits such as low-interest rates, high approval amount, easy and quick approval process, etc.

              I just received call from recovery and they are very arrogant the lady who spoke with me says that she'll make my whole family beg on roads and make us life miserable.

              Is this how you speak to ur customers she has told many words that i can't even mention here and she is blackmailing me that she'll call my relatives and inform that i'm begging for money what a worst way to treat ur customers. I'm planning to raise an fir for verbal harassment and blackmail in my local police station and court. If my relatives get a call from you ill make sure it is done.

                  I was wishing to buy something from amazon using kissht.

                  They can't even keep the application properly running, but will charge 10% of the product which you are going to buy and some service charge.. I applied a emi of rs 6999/-.

                  Before the emi it said me to pay 10% amount of the product and some rs 454 as processing fees. Fine i paid that too.. But now you they are asking me to upload my documents, for some kinda final approval. If my loan wasn't fully approved how could you charge me 10% of my product which i am buying and your loan processing fees...?? And now when i am trying to upload my documents.. Its showing that its in process? They say that the documents will be uploaded within 5min.. But from last 1hr my money is stuck somehwere.. And still now i didn't got a confirmation of my order... And the bank account is not even adding...

                  When i try to call your customer care executive, no one will pick the call, even i had said to call back to me still no one called..

                        Dear Team, my loan amount was 4533 due by 11 Dec 19, which i paid by Google pay due to some technical issue that time, i already update this with kissht team, but after 4 days time duration amount not to be cleared on kissht portal, that time they send msg to for worn leagal action, so i paid against 4700+ amount by my bank account to Kissht bank account that transaction was ok and i get the confirmation my kissht team.

                        but problem is this which amount i was paid before this by google pay was also paid amount to kissht team, that amount i want to return back, i tried many times to kissht team but there is no responce, keam kindly do the need full as soon as possible.

                            Being said that, we request you to accept our sincere apologies in this matter. The said executive has been clearly briefed on this whole incident and has been issued a warning letter to this effect.

                            Meanwhile, we want to inform you that we have received your repayment amount and the same has been updated in the system but your late fees charges are still pending.

                            We request you to kindly make the payment of your dues charges so that we can update it.

                            While we have received the EMI and said charges from you, we do care about the negative impact that late payment can have on your credit profile. Because, if your Credit Score falls due to frequent late payments, then in the future when you need more loans, you may find it a bit difficult to get the same, as every lending institution relies on the customer’s credit profile before disbursing the loan.

                              I take loan from kissht of rs 5000/-. I paid three times. Two times it take processing. Next day i again paid. I tried to call them and registered my complaint for refund my amount. They told me contact your bank. I also contacted my bank they told me that the amount go to the kissht bank. But they didn't give me back my money. I send mail but they don't take it seriously.. I want my refund amount as early as possible.

                                I am trying to get personal loan. Kissht app show me you are eligible for 3000 rs. So i add my bank details and proceed. After clicking on that button they shows me charges and repayment date. It's only 15 days and i only giye 2044 in my account. They took 480rs one time fee +360 rs processing fee 18 %gst and interest. I call to çustomer care, and request to take your money back. But they didnt. I send emails to them but they didn't reply to email.

                                They didn't shoew me charges and tenure day before. And I continue mailed them but they didn't reply. Instead of solving it they only send me payment link. I wait for there mail and now they charged penalty. This is all there fault I will not pay any extra penalty

                                It's there fault to not reply any of my mail. So they have to remove all penalty they charged to me.
                                Kissht walon me time period reply Kiya hota to main usi waqt pay kar details . Main to reply ka wait kar Raha tha.Magar unhone reply nahi kiya.
                                1. Customer has been not responding of my call,
                                2. I am not satisfied from customer care,
                                3.I did pay 3000 rupees but not seen payment received

                                  I was trying to apply for loan at an app kissht (Kissht.com, onemi technology solutions pvt. Ltd) and they instantly credited loan of 5, 000 to my bank without showing any terms and conditions or neither any interest nor the number of days for which the money is given.
                                  And after giving the loan they're telling that they've also deducted there subscription fee from which the loan, and there was no mention of the subscription anywhere and than the. And i found about the number of days of loan to be repaid and the interest they were going to deduct after making transaction there was no written agreement show before that

                                    बहुत ही ध टिया कंपनी इनका ऐप इंस्टाल किया और प्रोफ़ाइल के नाम पे सारा डिटेल्स माग लिया, ना लोन का डेट ना ही इंटरेस्ट रेट और ग्राहक सेवा तो महा टपोरी साले को तमीज नहीं कैसे बात करे।लोन वहीं से कर दिया मैंने बोला सर जो payment app se दिया है वो वापस करता हूं वापस कर दिया मेरा लोन बंद कर दीजिए इंटरेस्ट नहीं दूंगा 5min me lone hua aur मैंने पे भी कर दिया ।पर ये सब सरचार्ज बढ़ाते गए और लोन नहीं बंद किया 4000 के लोन पर 830 rs सरचार्ज etc लगाते है ये सब सब कंपनी से लोन ले पर इससे नहीं । टोटली बेईमान कंपनी लोन id

                                    My self madhubabu. I have purchase mobile through EMI, Its completed September month. After every time they submit ECS to bank some time 1500, 400, 500 etc. Suddenly they submit this month ECS. EVEN its competed September 2019, I mailed many time till now no response even online chat also

                                      Hi,

                                      This is regarding my loan repayment.I am regular customer of this finance company and always taking the small loans for my personal needs. This time also I took tbe loan but unable to repay on time. I informed them also via call and WhatsApp that due to some family emergency I m unable to pay u now but I will assure you that I will pay by 30th of this month.But their customer care representatives don't know how to talk, day and night they are calling to me and my relatives and harassing them and they message me also that if I don't pay the they will inform this to police. I did not understand what they are trying to do. I am very much disappointed with their behaviour. I only have to pay 4500 something. For this if they harass us day and night how we will think in the future to take bigger loans from this finance company.
