Company is charging 1000 fees for 3000 and disbursing only 2044 after deducting charges and credit limit also for 15 days. When calling customer care Rahim avoiding call and not ready to take any request
I paid for doing business with us as channel partner,
But from last week my id not active
I clear all documents and formality of our company. Still waiting for Activision to do continue business with us.
Loss of my money /time gone because of irresposible management decision,

    I riyaz ansari ([protected]), taken a loan of 3000/ fail to pay on time, i was on regular touch with collection calling candidate, then to that calling candidate calling to my complete family and telling to pay the amount, as today was my final call, told i will pay you on thursday (12/12/19). That agent started shouting very badly and telling aukat and all, this is the way you treat you customer, and telling i will come to home and # you if you will not pay the money and number of bad words, this is very bad impression, in return i told do come and collect cash as you can check on recording, but told, i have share the voice recording to his manager ([protected]). (I want strick action againg this,

    While we have received the EMI and said charges from you, we do care about the negative impact that late payment can have on your credit profile.       I take loan from kissht of rs 5000/-. I paid three times. Two times it take processing. Next day i again paid. I tried to call them and registered my complaint for refund my amount. They told me contact your bank. I also contacted my bank they told me that the amount go to the kissht bank. But they didn't give me back my money. I send mail but they don't take it seriously.. I want my refund amount as early as possible.

      As per the screenshot shared by you on our email id, your payment has been stuck at your bank's payment gateway and it is not received at our end. It is clearly mentioned in the message that there is an issue with bank server.

      You have to contact your bank or else kindly raise a chargeback dispute to get your payment release.

      Hi, I'm being approved for the loan in your app but when I'm trying to add my bank details, it is showing the message that "This bank cannot be verified " . What should I do .?

        I am trying to get personal loan. Kissht app show me you are eligible for 3000 rs. So i add my bank details and proceed. After clicking on that button they shows me charges and repayment date. It's only 15 days and i only giye 2044 in my account. They took 480rs one time fee +360 rs processing fee 18 %gst and interest. I call to çustomer care, and request to take your money back. But they didnt. I send emails to them but they didn't reply to email.

        They didn't shoew me charges and tenure day before. And I continue mailed them but they didn't reply. Instead of solving it they only send me payment link. I wait for there mail and now they charged penalty. This is all there fault I will not pay any extra penalty

        It's there fault to not reply any of my mail. So they have to remove all penalty they charged to me.
        Kissht walon me time period reply Kiya hota to main usi waqt pay kar details . Main to reply ka wait kar Raha tha.Magar unhone reply nahi kiya.
        1. Customer has been not responding of my call,
        2. I am not satisfied from customer care,
        3.I did pay 3000 rupees but not seen payment received

          kissht steal my personal data and blackmailing me to pay the unnecessary charges or they'll use my personal data

          I was browsing some small loan apps and i found this 'kissht' app then i apply for the loan.
          They approved 3000 inr of loan for 15 days and i only have to provide them my selfie, adhar, pan that's it.
          They didn't mention any extra charges or anything when i was going to apply for the loan, i thought the approved loan amount is 3000 inr, if i get it i may only have to pay some interest or other charges which can be maximum...

          I was trying to apply for loan at an app kissht (Kissht.com, onemi technology solutions pvt. Ltd) and they instantly credited loan of 5, 000 to my bank without showing any terms and conditions or neither any interest nor the number of days for which the money is given.
          And after giving the loan they're telling that they've also deducted there subscription fee from which the loan, and there was no mention of the subscription anywhere and than the. And i found about the number of days of loan to be repaid and the interest they were going to deduct after making transaction there was no written agreement show before that

            My self madhubabu. I have purchase mobile through EMI, Its completed September month. After every time they submit ECS to bank some time 1500, 400, 500 etc. Suddenly they submit this month ECS. EVEN its competed September 2019, I mailed many time till now no response even online chat also

              Hi,

              This is regarding my loan repayment.I am regular customer of this finance company and always taking the small loans for my personal needs. This time also I took tbe loan but unable to repay on time. I informed them also via call and WhatsApp that due to some family emergency I m unable to pay u now but I will assure you that I will pay by 30th of this month.But their customer care representatives don't know how to talk, day and night they are calling to me and my relatives and harassing them and they message me also that if I don't pay the they will inform this to police. I did not understand what they are trying to do. I am very much disappointed with their behaviour. I only have to pay 4500 something. For this if they harass us day and night how we will think in the future to take bigger loans from this finance company.

                  I have fast cash loan ongoing at kissht your and i have missed the payment date i suppose to recieve a call and the lady was like talking about my worth aukad nai hai value nahi hai continuing stating that marathi manus ahe where this religion come from you people give loan and decide the way thru his religion then do tell me she stated that if i wont pay till the time she gaved she will call my refrence and ask for money as i belived i have never given any refrence number to you! She supposed have my acces to contacts as i have given you acces but man i have never gaved your right to call just to view my contacts so please ask her to do her work rather talking about my religion and my worth if i am not worth enough why you people gaved me loan! All my previous loans with you are on time this i missed only reason i was out my town and i was not having network thier and being saturday and sunday i am facing some issue with banking hours she is asking to beg from my relatives and colleaugs and get money! Please resolve this thing as i feel it is disrespectful to count on my religion and value!                     Hi, I applied for a cash LOAN and get RS 3000 approved and from which they only credited around 2300 in my account, and when I requested them to roll back the money they straight away rejected, after that I requested them to pay on Nov 13 2019 but none respond, and they continuously calling my family and relatives for payment, ive requested them to stop but they are not listening, I lodged an FIR on the company as well as on the MD, I'm gonna drag them to court and have my justice, kissht you're ### up now.

                      Who authorised the organisation to call the family and relatives if 1 installment is not paid on time?
                      I think kissht want hard time from customers in order to understand the privacy. I missed the payment for 05/11/2019 and told the lady that i will make the payment by tuesday evening she tried calling my wife and relatives too. I never disclose the numbers to them they are taking our personal information which is illegal i will take up with rbi, social media and court.

                        harassment calls to relatives

                        They are calling my relatives and friends and harassing them and i had not given anyones number or address while taking loan i dont know if they had tracked my phone or what so it may be but this is illegal and should be stop soon or else i will complain against them.
                        And only 3000 rs is pending i'll pay it till this month end.
                        I hope you take actions soon as this is illegal to remove someone's personal information...

So i'm getting error bank details already present for some other customer.. Can i know how to remove saved bank account details in kissht app..                           I paid my emi of 3960 on 5th of november 2019 for loan id 1206875. Nd i got a message with email too for successful payment of emi. And even it was updated in kissht application but today i got a message of bounce payment with a penalty of 349rs. Kindly revert me asap as it was not the first time as there was a time when i paid my emi on 3rd instead of 5th and it was not updated and then it got updated on 7th and my cibil score went down......

                          Kistot Finance's mobile apps show me the loan. My Aadhaar card is not
                          Submitted. But loan issue 5000/-.after that show allowed and the loan is allowed at Rs. 900 / - for two years as it will take over Rs. But now it looks like this month's 21/11/2019 money has to be repaid. I immediately deposited the money that was in my account with them

                              Yesterday when i opened cibil report in cibil.com this kissht loan account also appeared i bit scared after seeing this in cibil report
                              I want the statement for this consumer loan no: line[protected]wf1
                              Please do the needful. I need all the transactions in that loan number and all debits please help to get this i called the customer support of kissht many times but no one responded properly.

                                Few months ago flipkart with you (Kissht) as a third party finance provider kissht gave me a cardless credit amount equal to 60, 000/- and i used that credit many times for emi options also... This option enabled to my flipkart account around september or october in 2018 from then i used option many times for many purchases and i am sure i paid all payments in time.. Just yesterday when i opened cibil report in cibil.com this kissht loan account also appeared i bit scared after seeing this in cibil report and i am bit worried whether i did paid all my previous monthly cardless credit bills or not... So i just started checking for those transactions in flipkart account i am able to see only flipkart paylater transactions only but not those cardless credit transactions from october 2018 to october 2019

                                So i called flipkart customer care service for this cardless credit statement previous year and this year their answer is you need to contact kissht as it is your lender and i contacted kissht customer support they are saying that you need to contact only flipkart...???

                                Now i want that previous statement of my cardless credit because i need to check my payment dates whether i did the payments in time or not because kissht is updating all this data to cibil credit report as it will impact my future for loan processing i need to check my loan data and i have a right to ask my statement for any period it is your responsibility to maintain the data...
