Being said that, we request you to accept our sincere apologies in this matter. The said executive has been clearly briefed on this whole incident and has been issued a warning letter to this effect.
Meanwhile, we want to inform you that we have received your repayment amount and the same has been updated in the system but your late fees charges are still pending.
We request you to kindly make the payment of your dues charges so that we can update it.
While we have received the EMI and said charges from you, we do care about the negative impact that late payment can have on your credit profile. Because, if your Credit Score falls due to frequent late payments, then in the future when you need more loans, you may find it a bit difficult to get the same, as every lending institution relies on the customer’s credit profile before disbursing the loan.
We will do our best to ensure that you do not face such experience from our collection callers in the future and also request you to pay your repayment amount on time so that you can maintain a healthy track record and become eligible for more loans in the future.

I clear all documents and formality of our company. Still waiting for Activision to do continue business with us.
