Tv stopped working on 10 nov 2018. Ever since been trying to get it rectified. After 10 days of hectic telephoning and email, got some response and one person, not qualified to assess the problem was sent. I was informed that tv needs a new mother board. Tv is in warranty period. I was also told that the same will be sent immediately. On 30th was informed that it will be dispatched as soon as possible. While no one answers the calls at the local service number, the response to emails is also very late. I think, all should avoid buying any kodak products due to their non-existent service and support. I will be mistake to buy from them. A mistake that i have already made.
