I purchased Kodak TV through online on August 2021 within 9 months it is stop working. I tried customer care 15 days before still i did not get any solution for problem. They told me to take 7 - 10 business days but still not get any kind of service or solution. It is really frustrating and feel that bought worthless product.
I came across various TV brands but never ever faced this kind service. I would request if anybody reading this complaint, don't buy any product from Kodak TV. They are cheating people through products.
Also after purchasing a Kodak TV, they called me and asking 5-star rating review, so don't believe their reviews. Was this information helpful? |
