A band appears in the middle of the TV screen continuously with the message -
"unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped" and the picture on the TV screen appears dull.
I had placed a complaint on Saturday 12th Nov 22 and shared the issue details on a WhatsApp number(+[protected]) given by your call centre.
They asked me to send an email to their email id: [protected]@kodaktv.in and I told that I will get an acknowledgement within 24 hrs and then my issue will be resolved within 48 hours. It has been 48 hours since I sent the email, there has been no acknowledgement till now. I am not sure if they will acknowledge, then forget about resolution of the complaint. There is no information for an escalation path if the complaint is not addressed. Was this information helpful? |
