We bought this TV on 05/10/2021 via Flipkart. On May 4th 2023, we registered a complaint for the single line that is appearing in the display. Service person visited our place and told that TV display is not working as expected and it will cost around 18K to replace the display.
We got the point that my TV is out of warranty and I have to pay charges for the same.
We are not buying your product for small amount, we have paid 26K for this TV and it is huge amount for us. Is this the kind of product that you will be delivering to us for this much amount.? As soon as the warranty is completed, the TV is not working. I wont write it if my TV is more than 5 years old and I can at least console myself that it was running for these many years as it is electronic product.
I called to your customer care to express my concerns and they are also not willing to hear customer's concerns.
I need refund for the TV as I wont be able to trust your brand anymore. Was this information helpful? |
