Kodak — Kodak TV automatically off/Restart any time

Dear sir / madam

I have a purchase Kodak tv CA pro 55 inch date on 30/10/2023 but when the stream any video then automatically any time restart/off TV and I have already complaint to kotak date of 11/11/2023 but not any clarification/ Responsed by kodak Team.

So I will request you kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.
