Kodak — Mother board problem

Hi,

What kind of service is this?, I have been sending mails for three days, what are you trying to help with? Can't you ask all thr specific requirements in one mail!? When can I except the service engineer👨‍🔧 to attend the issue.? If you can't provide the service on time, why the hell are you selling TVs, if you can't help the customer on time. I really know, you might be having many calls per day, But still need to give proper response on time.

Not really happy with the service. If you can't really help in this regards, kindly confirm the same in mail.
