Kodak — Remote replacement

My TV remote was damaged. When i called the customer service at Kodak, they said to pay 700 for new remote and will be dispatched soon.
This happened on 3Nov. The company has been cheating me for last 20 days and remote is not yet dispatched.

Everyday when i call them, they said it will be dispatched soon.
Because the remote is not available any were else i have no other options.
