Hi we have registered for tv service due to display black out of 50 inch tv. We got assigned with f1 info solutions as service assistant. They told they will come to service the tv but once they tell day on which the service guy should come they take the phone receiver and make busy line always. We are tired of their play. We would like to register a complaint against this service company. (My complaint number with call id jchn[protected] rma no d00238)
I seriously regret buying this tv. Already a service got around 1 month. And now i don't know how much time you guys gonna take. I will never recommend or buy kodak product again.
