Kodak — TV stopped working and no support in 11 days

The after sales service for the Kodak LED smart TV is really bad. TV is not working for more than 10 days and the support engineer is still saying that they are waiting for the parts for the repair. So far no one has come to check the TV
The engineer asks a few questions and understand the issue. Based on that he will decide what is the problem and what he would need for the repair.

Customer care is not ready to share any kind of escalation matrix details. They confirmed that kodak do. It have any escalation matrix. To register a complaint, they take 72 working hours (6 - 8 days considering 9 - 12 hours of working).

I am really fed up of the after sales service and would want kodak to take the poorly built TV unit and refund me the money. Would rather buy a better quality product in similar price range.
