Kohinoor — wrong pricing - delivery not made on time - no after sale

Worst ever store we have visited of kohinoor electronics - kandivali - mumbai branch. Sales executive had zero knowledge of product. Wrong billing done from their end. No follow ups for delivery. Its been 15 days we have booked our samsung tv, but delivery is not made yet. Call never answered in this store. You may get connected once out of your 100 times dialing to their reception number. Gave fake delivery commitments every time. We have asked for dussera delivery but it never reached on dussera, saying there is a technical issue, but the same has not got deliver even after 2-3 days of dussera. We are continuously following up and no answer. I am now worried if they have misplaced my tv or for forgot about my order after selling it to me.
