Koinex — fund issue

I use koinex wallet for ripple buy sell purpose.

I deposit 5000/- rs in my koinex account for buy ripple coin.

But debit from my bank account & credit in koinex wellet. Then i buy ripple coin from koinex that time debit from my koinext wallet & not credit of ripple.
No return now.

My account is now disabled from many day ago. I many mail send on [protected]@koinex.in but ticket create & not respond to me still time.
