Koinex — money deposit missing

I made one deposit through payment gateway under airtel payment bank option for rupees 3100.00.
It shows successful but may be due to time delay that payment was unsuccessful at koinex end.
Bellow is the message i got from my bank.
And it is more than 8 days..
No customer support. Koinex is totally a useless site.
I fear i will not get my money back.

"you have made a payment to koinex.in of rs.3, 100.00 from wallet [protected] avl bal rs.0.95. Tnx id[protected]"
