Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital — Refund of Initial Deposit

I have had my surgery on 13th August 2021. I made an upfront payment of Rs. 2, 60, 000 prior to my admission even if I have had insurance.

On discharge, KDAH refunded 80% of the refund amount after 6 weeks of my rigorous follow-up; and the remaining 20% refund is still pending, even after 6 months.
