      I have already sent an email to accounts dept of the hospital. Still, I have not received any response for the same. It's been almost one month since the refund is pending. Several calls have been made and personal visit to the hospital as well. It's so disappointing and irritating that such brand and renowned hospital behave in such manner.
      Its complete harassment to be honest and no curiosity this people have.

        My self Mohammed Riyaz having Kokilaben Hospital Patient ID No KH[protected] who had an appointment session with Dr Vaibhav Daga (Sports Physio) on the 3rd Jan 2024 @ 12:00 pm having been referred to you under the guidance & observation of Dr Vishal Peshattiwar (Orthopedic Spine specialist).

        After doctors kind observation and recommendation to visit the Gym very same time in the basement for FMS Test under guidance of Mr Faheem and get back to him. I had visited the GYM area to Mr Faheem but he outrighly rejected to see due to reasons known best to him. He then called me on the 4th of Jan 2024 i.e Thursday at 9:00 am and told me Miss preeti will take the test. I followed all his instructions and was told that after payment I shall get the FMS report on the very same day in the form of PDF which I wanted to discuss with Dr Vaibhav Daga after tkaing his due appointment. However, ever since that day Mr Faheem intentionally kept delaying sending the report and also showed 0% interest in giving me timing for the sessions despite all my best effort. Now, until today 1:00 pm he has not yet send the report and when I complained the sports physio department reception counter about it and they connected me to Mr Faheem, the manner in which he has spoken to me is completely un acceptable to me which as a patient and customer of such reputed Hospital and who has made all the payment. It is also against the Kokilaben Hospital principle of Patient & Family Rights And Responsibilities Despite, all this fact his behavior on call was very rude and pretending as if he is doing me favour by sending the report.

        I never in my wildest dreams that a Hospital with such high caliber, reputation & experienced professional doctors would have a person in their team who neither has any work ethics and also treats a patient like a roadside Municipal hospital person. I completely condemn this act of behavior by Mr Faheem and would request the authorities to please take punitive action and serious against Mr Faheem to prevent such incident occurring with other patients in future. This episode has now left me in a complete shock and a bad perception in my mind and I hope no other patient goes through the same ordeal as me. I have been suffering form back pain since last 12 months which was not just overlooked by Mr Faheem but also his behavior was least concerned as if he was not interested in doing his job.

        I request for urgent action in this matter. .

        Till date I have not received any resolution towards this matter nor has the culprit been made feel guilty by the authorities or even he himself has made any efforts to even apologies. I am really surprise that such a highly rate hospital despite charging such hefty fees to its patients are having such unprofessional staff and work ethics to not even care to investigate this matter or even make an attempt to reach out to me on the telephone by conducting a thorough investigation. All my efforts towards this complaint are rather just ignore and taken in the lightest manner possible. I again request this department to please raise this issue in the most strictest manner possible.

          Such a bad experience. Documents are misplaced. Discharge summary of some other patients are handed over to other patients. Complete mismanagement.

          Over informing about the issues, the management is so rude and unprofessional.

            I’m admitted in hospital on 17th Sept 2023 and Insurance company rejected preauthorisation claim saying no need to admit patient and this can be treated on OPD basis.
            Hospital is not fighting with insurance company and asking me to pay the then only I’ll get discharge.
            I have already informed hospital as explore legal angle against me and insurance company if you are not wrong and court decide who has to pay the bill but they are not listening and torturing all the time for money.
            Doctor has given me discharge already and hospital staff has tightened security staff around me to keep watch.
            I’m jailed in hospital from last 2 days and I am getting thoughts of suicide just because of hospital behaviour with me.
            Please help!

              I am Pawan Agrawal had undergone a surgery in Kokila Ben Hospital last month through HDFC ERGO cashless and the hospital had taken Excess of Rs 17852 /- amount at the time of final billing and I was told that this amount would be refunded when the Health insurance company releases their payment. So few days Back I had received mail from HDFC ERGO that my claimed has been settled and then I thought to give hospital some time to refund this excess amount back. But Still it is not refunded to the account details given to hospital. I also tried contacting Kokila ben hospital accounts department and helpline number, but none proved to be positive. So I request to please help me to get back my money, which is taken in excess by the hospital

                Top urgent handling

                My mom was admitted in ICU and later moved to normal ward room 14011 and today discharge time ( 24 july 11.30pm).we faced FRAUDULENT bill ( wrong charges added 42, 000aed ) and BILING department non co operative attitude wil now lead me to go to Consumer court for my rights since it's harassment just to loot common man extra 42, 000 rupee was added in total

                Patient name RUKHSANA SHAIKH. Discharged today 24 July at 11.30.pm... till 9pm we got 1 bill which we paid and 10.30pm BILING department added fraud extra 42, 000 rupee.

                I request Senior member to contact me to resolve before I move court in next 24 hours. We lived in Dubai 14 years never faced such type.of frauds and we being Indian don't expect this from Amabani hospital.

                  It was terrible experienced with you that Office Boy / Helper Boy was not available at necessary time. He was always busy with other patients. It is found that shortage of Office Boy / Helper Boy on 12th floor of Hospital.

                  It was very necessary and urgent for me because I was gone through Biopsy and I was extremely suffered from abdominal pain at the same time after Biopsy. So I need extrem help of Office Boy / Helper Boy for Latrin and to pass motion/ stool.

                  I was suffered from abdominal pain because of food is given in Hospital by room service.

                  My complaint is with Room service about bad food supplied by them .

                  And another complaint is that in this situation Office Boy / Helper Boy was not available while I was extremely suffered from acute abdominal pain. Office Boy / Helper Boy was not available because of shortage of staff.

                  Please acknowledge .

                  And inform us any action taken in this matter.

                  I sending this email after few days because I was not well.

                      Worst experience I had with customer Care contact numbers.. At the time of admission, whole day made 100s of calls but unanswered by admission desk... Why don't they hire more persons to reply to customer queries...

                        I had taken an appointment for my uncle who doesn't stay in Mumbai and they had already booked flight tickets for their journey as per the appointment scheduled today. But we got a call from the hospital yesterday evening nforming that the doctor is not available for the same and the appointment is cancelled. Our flight tickets were non refundable and we lost a big amount since we couldn't take the flight coz no appointment was available.
                        This is highly unprofessional behaviour.
                        Kindly reimburse the amount.

                            My refund for around 12000 is pending since last March 2022 no account department picks the call and also customer care do not resolve stating we can't help regarding the same.

                            Also various mails and more than 100 calls being made. Why my refund is still pending when niva Bupa has settled the complete amount.

                              My mother was admitted for a knee transplant surgery and she was discharged on 4th Oct 2022.. While the final payment the hospital had kept some deposit amount as per their process and had stated that you will get the refund between 2-3 months. It is more than 3 months and i am trying to reach the hospital for the status since last week but their is no update. Kindly update on the status and refund the deposit amount asap .

                                My wife was admitted in the hospital on 1st December 2022 (KH[protected]) and unfortunately passed away on 13th December 2022 during treatment.
                                I am satisfied with the treatment of treating doctors.
                                But unfortunately I haven't received the discharge summary from the hospital till today nor any communication from their end, whereas I have received the copy of death certificate very promptly from BMC authorities also.
                                It is very unfortunate that the such a important document not given in time by the authority and which creates mental harassment for me.
                                I am 70 yrs senior citizen will be find very difficult to run for document

                                  After taking appointment in sonography department there is no use, as we need to wait for hours and no timelines are also shared.Each person in reception counter tell new story which is very irritating. Complete revamp and procedure needs to setup. We visit Kokilaben frequently since 2007, have never faced same issue other then this department. If doctors have emergency then there should be an alternative available as generally after sonography patients take appointment for doctors on the same day, which cannot be planned.Highly misguided department.Disappointment.

                                    This is to inform that on 9th Sept 2022 I had an appointment with Dr. Prashant Bobhate - Pediatric cardiologist at Kokilaben hospital at 9am for my 5 year old son. The appointment was for ECG, 2d Echo and Dr.’s consultation.

                                    The appointment was confirmed to me over a call by the pediatric cardiology front office staff Ms. Akanksha.

                                    We reached at sharp 9am and there was no front office staff available at that moment. The front office staff came at 9.30am. We kept sitting and waiting till 10.30am and there was no nursing staff to do the ECG. 2D echo screening and Dr. consultation was supposed to happen post ECG.

                                    I had taken an off from my office and kept aside an important meeting I had to attend today.

                                    I am an healthcare professional and I work for MediBuddy. Personally, I at MediBuddy assist Reliance group of companies for their employees annual health check.

                                    I have been visiting Kokilaben Hospital and my son has been under Dr. Prashant’s observation since 2018.

                                    I would like to notify the senior management of Kokilaben Hospital that this is the case most pf the time I visit Kokilaben hospital.

                                    The moment I raised this concern to the front office, the front office staff said that they were informed by the nursing staff and the Dr. to place the appointment at 9am and the fromt office staff did not take any responsibility of the same and were not even bothered to call the nursing staff and the Dr. and inform that there were patients waiting. The front office staff rather rudely told me to complain to the concerned department.

                                    I would like to lodge a serious complaint against this issue and would urge Kokilaben Hospital management to rectify and resolve this issue of improper roster management and cultivate some sort of time discoplinary manners amongst the staff as the patients time is o[censored]tmost importance and we pay huge amount of money here for quality service and not incovenience/poor service delivery.

                                    Through my official medium, I will personally also raise this to the senior management/key officials of Kokilaben hospital.

                                      Insurance company has already settled claim by hospital a month back, informed to me by my agent, bur i have not yet received my deposit ammount
                                      No one is answering the calls, billing department says, we dont know, there's seperate department, hospital was supposed to refund me as soon as they received their money from insurance company,
                                      Kindly do the neefull in this matter asap

                                        My father is a 76 yr old cancer patient getting radiation in KDA. He has already been treated for cancer once and carries a stoma bag. The radiation package is of 3.50 lacs.
                                        Inspite of paying so much, there are no basic facilities of paper, cotton or Walter in the loo. He is so fed up that he is willing to give up the radiation treatment.
                                        One should be sensitive to such old cancer patient.
                                        It’s just been 3 radiation and he is not feeling good about the sensitivity.
                                        I don’t know what to do.
                                        Should I go to another hospital and spend another 3 lacs.
