Kokilaben Hospital — Deposit money

We visited this hospital this year in January for an emergency.
my father Mr. Jaspal Singh Saluja need to undergo a surgery which was done successfully.

However, we require to pay 26000rs as a deposit amount for registration that was suppose to be credited back to us in 14 days of leaving the hospital.

It's been almost a year we are trying to reach out to the hospital staff and the doctor who did the operation. Nobody seems to be helping us to get the deposit money back. we already paid enough for the treatment,

The worst they can do is to put us on a hold for 2 hours and disconnect the call.

A reputable hospital should practice ethical work environment and honesty with their patients and customers.


I considered this as my last option to get back our hard earned money as we already paid you in full for our treatment.

Kindly credit back the deposit amount and ask the staff to apologize for the delay and inconvenience.

Also provide us with an update as soon as possible. will be waiting for your response.
