Kokilaben Hospital — Refund & non responsive behaviour from Mr Sailesh Parmar

Hi,
This complaint is in regard to the refund wherein my wife (Mrs Sanhita Dutta) had got discharged on 31st March 2021 from Kokilaben hospital and the patient ID is - KH[protected].
As per the discharge summary the following was to be refunded -

5% Security Deposit refundable - Rs 12051/
Balance Refundable - Rs 24400.68/
Total Amount Refundable - Rs 36451.68/

On the discharge day, i was told that the 5% SD amount will come to my bank within 7 to 8 working days but till date nothing has happened and i have been calling the hospital for last 3 days on the same. Have written 2 mails to Mr Sailesh Parmar who is the incharge of refunds but till date neither has he responded to my mails nor picked up my phone calls.

Pls advise.
