I sent this following mail on 2 jan 2017 till date i have not received any feedback or reply from kdah.

Dear sir/madam,

With respect to the above subject this is to inform that my father was hospitalised from[protected] to[protected] in kokilaben hospital.

At the time of discharge the hospital had to pay rs.87498.43 as refund to me, out of which rs. 73891.43 has been given to me but the remaining 5% security deposit refund which amounts to rs. 13607 which was to be given after tpas payment is still pending, on inquiring to the helpline it was told that tpas payment to the hospital has not been done.

I am providing you the details of the payment which was done by tpas through cheque, so that you can sort this matter out.
