Kolkata RPO — complaint against file no. ca[protected] for address changing purpose

Today morning at 10.15 a. M. I am going to anandapur for my passport renewal purpose, where i request to tcs representative to change my address which is wrongly typing mistake in online renewal form but they told i have to go at rpo for changing of my address correction. So, kindly give me a appoinment.
