[Resolved]  Kolkata RPO — false adverse police verification report

After submitting my aadhar as my residential proof, my local police station has given adverse police verification report against me giving the reason that i do not stay at that address. My application reference number is 17-[protected]. Now at rpo kolkata, they are asking me to cancel the application and apply again. Also they do not listen to what the person is saying. More than that they are not even looking at the document (Adhaar). If any person is harassed so much than why one will spend rs.2000 for making a passport?? If they cannot give passport to me even after submitting proper documents.. Then they should refund my hard earned money to me.
I have attached a copy of my aadhar as my residential proof.
