Kolte-Patil Developers — refund booking amount

Respected sir/madam,

As we had booked the flat in kolte patil life republic in marunje pune project. And we had paid the 50000 booking amount. But due to some bank loan issues we have cancelled the booking within 7 days as per kolte patil policy, and they need to refund the full amount to us.
Now it’s almost 6 months has completed but will not get any response or refund amount from kolte patil developer..

I am requesting you to please help to get our valuable amount. As my family is suffering hospitality issue.
