Kolte-Patil Developers — Stamp duty increased suddenly after paying stamp duty now need to cancel my booking

Hi,

Today suddenly i received one mail saying need to pay extra stampduty which i already paid 20 days back for 1bhk .

So at home having patient too and i really now cant afford money and loan too .

So have requested for Cancelling booked unit where i have already paid 4, 11, 785/- which is really very high amount for a middle class family .

Please help me to get refund of my full amount ASAP as really in shortage of money due to patient (Parents )at home .
