My name is Shivani Arora and I am owner of flat Wing A - 407 Three Jewels, Katraj Kondha Pune. Currently we havnt been allocated open parking within society . I have contacted, CRM - Mr Harshal Thorat, Pragati Karnik, multiple times, also followed up on email as well, but still we havnt been allocated Open parking within society . Because of this, we are unable to post out flat for rent, as everyone wants car parking.
We had booked the flat at the time of pre-launch, all formalities were done by Mr. Chetan, and we were given the option of paying 1.2 lakhs extra and securing closed parking, which we did not opt as we did not want closed parking .At that point in time we were assured that open parking within society would be allocated to us.
At the time of possession, when we signed the declaration of possession, we assumed that open parking would get allotted for us, as there was no payment that had to be done for OPEN parking and also no representative from KP pointed out about that.
Request you to please help in getting Open parking allocated for us.This is really becoming a big problem for us .Pls let me know if you want any documents, i will share. Was this information helpful? |
