Very pathetic service, they will not send the parcel on the day when u want, they will keep u waiting for hard cash for billing hard copy of chalan, owner doesn't have manners, he is very rude, very bad service, don't use konduskar Travell for parcel delivery, my urgent parcel they sent next day just bcoz I had soft copy of delivery Chakan but not the hard copy, they told me the wrong time of bus n I missed the bus, don't use this option

Seems to be very poor service as committed to delivery in 24 hours But it almost 48 hours completed but material still not reached even not updating any response and saying lies that bus break down at kollapur Pls look into the matter and do the needful

Subject : Criminal assault on me

I'm Dinesh Dahagama an engineering employee of Kirloskar Pnematic co.Ltd Pune traveling from Hyderabad to Pune on 10 Jan 2021 night by (konduskar travel) vehicle No MH-09 EM- 8952.
I boarded the bus in Nizampet of Hyderabad, the bus ticket collectors both beat me very badly, including inflicting head injury and breaking my eyeglasses in Miyapur of Hyderabad. the name of the ticket collector is Sayed Faiyazuddin. I had to return to Pune, due to pressing work today, hence couldn’t personally come to PS to file this complaint.
Please bring the perpetrators of criminal violence to justice.

AC not working when bus start, 3-4 times ask to driver, no response received.. we are paying AC bus charges, but we are not availing this AC service.. if you faild to give this service, please refund the AC charges that you charge in ticket.
First check the AC and then bus available to the customers.

I was boarded from Nashik to Kolhapur on 28 December, they had to switch buses at Peth Naka. Without confirming who is going to Kolhapur they switched buses and instead of going to Kolhapur, I was dropped at Jaisingpur. Very bad experience.

Travel date 08-11-20. Thane to Kolhapur. Bus no 9189. worst experience ever. the bus was breakdown at Sanpada at 11.30 PM on the inner road isolated from main highway. there was no support or system in place to make available repairs immediately. all the passengers were forced to spend whole night in a lonely place. Another Bus was made available at 5.30 am. from 11.30 to 5.30 all the passengers were stuck up. Very bad experience. Konduskar is big name in Travels. But shown very poor support system in case of emergency breakdowns of vehicle. On road support system is not in place. Very bad experience. Konduskar should refund fair of the day.

But due to cancellation of bus I had to cancel my bus ticket.
I had initiated for the refund but did not recieve inspite of calling konduskar office, kolhapur 3 times.
Seat number L4.
PNR number - 84238.
Seat was booked through paytm app.
Customer care executive says that refund was intiated.
But i did not receive it.(I have uploaded my paytm transaction statement)

We had book 2 tickets through redbus from konduskar travels on traveling date 24 january 2020, lower berth no. 6 &7 slipper coach from mumbai (Chembur) to mapusa (Goa). Timing 17.30 in the name of vijay arekar. We received call from konduskar travels that the same bus was canceled and the booking amount will refund within three days.

We have not yet received any refund amount. Sir look io this matter and please refund the amount as early as possible.

मैने redbus पे online बुकिंग किया था 3 शीट अहमदनगर से गोवा का कोंडुस्कर की गाडी मे।
गाडी मे बैठते ही एक एजंट आया और लगेज के नाम पे 400 रुपये मांगणे लगा। मना करणे पर परेशान करणे लगा, गुंडागर्दी करणे लागा और ड्रायवर भी मजा देख राहा था। उसका ऐसा कहना था की online बुकिंग क्यो किया, अगर मेरे ऑफिस से बुकिंग करते तो मै सब मॅनेज करता लेकीन तुमने online बुकिंग किया है इसलीये तुमको 400 रुपये का लगेज देना ही पडेगा, नही तो यही पे उतर जाओ। 2 घंटे तक ऐसाही चलता रहा। आप गाडी ट्रॅक करके भी देख शकते हो।
मुझे इतनी परेशानी हुई हैं की अगर आप कोई action नही लेते हो तो मै इससे आगे कोंडुस्कर की गाडी मे बुकिंग नही करुंगा और नाही किसीं दोस्तो को करने दुगा।

Yesterday i have started my journey from mumbai, bus should be come for pick up at 10 pm but bus was reached on 12.10 am. Bus condition is very bad. Very slow not running above 30 speed. Bus should be reached at kolhapur early morning around 7 am but still at 9 am bus even not reached karad. Bus no mh 09 cv 0635. Paid rs1000. Some passenger are dropped in between they doesn't get any other service. We weast our valuable time.

We booked 2 seats for our journey from pune to kolhapur for bus scheduled on sunday 1.09.2019 at 8.30 am. However we are extremely disappointed while informing you that one of our seat was dirty and your staff was extremely rude to us and no solution was given for the same despite being your regular customer. We will never recommend konduskar ever to anyone from now

Cashfree service has replied that amount payed is confirmed from there side but konduskar hasn't confirm. I have been trying since yesterday, the booking is for tomorrow. Please let me know asap

From goa to sawantwadi bus number was mh07 c 9963 then we have asked to change bus from sawantwadi to pune and bus number is mh09em4169 again we have asked to change bus from pune to nagar and bus number is mh09em4581 and this is sitting bus. We have wasted more than 4 hours in this activity, very poor management and pathetic experience to deal with konduskar
