I travel between Banglore- Kolhapur(Kolhapur-Banglore) Weekly. I book my tickets online for this particular travel operator called KONDUSKAR TRAVELS,Kolhapur from MAKEMYTRIP.com.It happens frequently that they cancel the bus and inform me about cancellation just few hours before the departure. i am the one of the passenger from pune. Today want to travel from pune to kolhapur so I called up sana travels but these people are behaves very rudely and Their language is so worst. And I konduskar to open their own office in pune. Sana travels is Decreasing the Image of konduskar travels.

Right now, Myself with my family (Seat No. 5,35,36) is traveling from Konduskar Travels from Kolhapur Location in a bus “Kolhapur to Pune”,

As a passenger I want to point out some points as follows:-

1) Ideally, I should start on 07:00 am on 30/07/2010, but it has started 07:20am.
