Konduskar Travels — bus service worst. bus got failed at mid night on highway

Hi, i have booked konduskar bus from aurangabad to mumbai at 8.9.2018 having bus number mh09 en 4170, prn[protected]. With my family. After running bus got belt damaged at mid night 12.30 am on jalgon highway. We observed that bus driver said that they dont have any control on this you should take your lift by own on high way mid night. Wwe wiat for hrs with ladis passangers on road for more than hrs. After that by own trying to takje lift with extra money. Konduskar does not even take responsibility of safety and causaly said that its machine problem. I heards from another passangers that such kind of break down happens several. I strongly suggest do not use this bus. Its very much loss of your money and time and more risk to your safety also.
