name - madhukar d dorkar R/o 106, 1st floor, d- wing, linden, Rozaliya Complex, Near additional Police Commissioner office kalyan Godrej Hill Kalyan - west Profession -- Advocate Subject -- complaints in respect of cancellation of ticket Respected Sir/ Madam With reference above mentioned subject, i have book ticket no. 1823 from kalyan Man- Mandir Travel Agency on 31/10/2013 from Kalyan To Miraj. on the next day i made call to the same agency for cancellation ticket on 11. am. he didnt cancell my ticket and forwarded dombiwali branch number[protected] for further conversation. i made call on that number but in vain. Dombiwali branch also provided Chief of Konduskar Mr. Ketan. [protected]. he replied rud manner and told to me that we shall not cancel as per our companies rule and order, if you have grievance you may complaint to company. I am customer if your company make rules for your profit what i get service. Plz consider it Plz reply to us [protected]
