[Resolved]  Konduskar Travels — I want full refund of Ticket cancelation

Miraj to pune highway is closed because of flood situation I have canceled my ticket. I want full refund for that. After confirming with konduskar office miraj I canceled my ticket then how can you take cancellation charges?? It's natural situation
