Konduskar Travels — complaining about driver behaviour

We are traveling from sangli to borivali via dadar on 29th dec 2017 boarded at 9:45pm from sangli and my wife is not feeling well in that course she request for washroom one time we have ask driver to stop any where and second. Time we requested when driver stopped for change it was hardly 200 mts from petrol pump driver said its not opened anyways we manage to go. There and it was opened and when we come back driver is giving statement that we are getting late this is not under our service and bla bla... I said i will report to head office he said go there what is this... Where to go at least they would have stopped 2 to 3 times and announced it to passengers but no drivers are arguing about there time and saying it's not our services
