It is not even worth for single star, i can give me - 100 (Minus) stars. I really had very very bad experience because of an # boarding point contact person in chennai, his mobile no is [protected]. I booked a bus for chennai to bangalore 45 minutes before my boarding point and i was very close to my boarding point which is chennai central just 15 mins of travel time. Once i booked immediately i contacted this junk guy and he told me that just be there i will send pick up vehicle (Though i didn't opt for that). I called again, he said wait for some time i will call you to let you the status of van, in case pick up vehicle is not available you catch an auto and i will reimburse, he said. I was waiting waiting.. He didn't call me, i only called after some 20 minutes, again he said the same story. And just before half an hour of departure time from koyambedu he called me and asked to come to there which is far away from central, it is one hour journey from central. I would have reached the koyambedu if i didn't call this bloody junk, irresponsible, rude, arrogant fellow. He deliberately made me wait for long time unnecessarily and made me wandered here and there. So i lost the bus, lost the money rs.540/-, i unnecessary paid auto charge of rs.250/-, lot of stress and depression, reached bangalore in mid night. It was a bad time for me just because of an "mf". So don't ever go with this travel otherwise you will end up with issue like this. Was this information helpful? | |||
