Hi sir, i booked ticket online for 5thaug2017 date from pune to sangli 6:35 am, 23 no. Seat, pickup point aundh. Without informing they sent message me to transfered seat no. To 30. When i asked ticket checker at parvati pump stop, he is arguing me, to sit or not with dirty words. He is behaving like as bus owner. He is saying do whatever want to do. You pwoples are always asking for feedback. This is bad behaviour with your customer. Do strict action on it asap. Please reply asap. Best regards, hemantkumar hakke

Bus no. MH09 CA 525 kolhapur to pune, driver forcefully wake up all sleeping passenger and said to leave the bus when bus stops for breakfast . It's very harassing behavior. We are not paying you for such worst service.this kind practice in long route bus is very bad and I request you to stop this horrible practice by your employees emidiately .
