Ac was out of order after chiplun on down and after ratnagiri on up route.
Nobody took any action after complaining.
Remove ac facility and provide fans if you people are unable to manage the services.

I was traveling from Tivim Goa to thane on 25 /11/2016 by Kokan Kanya(10112 ) . I had occupied berth b13 and PNR NO [protected]. I was carrying my car keys of City Honda which may fallen from pocket while sleeping.
