Konkan Railway — Miss Behave Of Ticket Collector | |||
Today at 7:30 pm I get on the Trian named SAWANTWADI - DADAR SPECIAL Train No. 01004. my mom is having some medical issues related heart. So in emergency case we got our confirm tatkal tickets booked from Mumbai itself so i got a print out of ticket and also the booking message was with me in my phone it self. But after seeing the all the proofs and after verifying our names and ages on our adhar card he fined us which is not correct. AND Also he was using abusive language with us with disrespectful behaviour with us. means after having the proper documents and proof also he fined us. THE NAME OF TICKET COLLECTOR IS S.G.SHINDE and he got off the train at RATNAGIRI SATATION. So I hope that railway will take action against him as soon as possible. I have submited all the photos of original ticket, message we have and also the receipt and the photo of Ticket Collector bellow. Was this information helpful? | |||
