Konkan Railway — Refund about AC coach not working

Dear Sir,
Due to AC failure while travailing from LTT to KKW on dated 08/04/2016 i registered the complained at SM office by same date but regret to inform you that there is no reply from Kokan Railway. Due to AC failure while travailing from LTT to KKW on dated 08/04/2016 i registered the complained at SM office by same date but regret to inform you that there is no reply from Kokan Railway. Before leaving the train from kankavli I had introduce the SM to TCs regarding the TC certificate as per his communication they told me there was no need of TC certificate you can register the complaint with SM and I registered the complaint.
