Order id :-4174814 i have called customer care several times to koovs customer @[protected] for my exchange queries first they told me to self shipped it and when i was enquiring the shipping price it would cost me around rs.550 and when i told these to the customer care they said they would send the ecom courier and i would receive a call within 24-48hours for pickup but i haven't receive any call yet and when i called to the customer care again for quieries my call is not attended the automatic voice said the customer executive are not available when i call in a working hours that is on thursday 11:00am. Now where will i complain?? How am i supposed to exchange my order??? This is really disappointing..
